Fluent in English, Chinese, Malay, and Hokkien, allowing for effective communication with a diverse audience.
Able to write proficiently in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese, which is useful for creating seminar materials and documentation across different languages.
Appointed as a prefect, handling responsibilities for five years from 2009 to 2014.
Gained experience in leadership, maintaining school order, guiding peers, and collaborating with school staff, building a foundation in responsibility and discipline.

Continued in the role of assistant trainer at A Star Seminars, actively applying Mass Communication skills to enhance seminar experiences.
Utilized training in media and communication to improve public speaking techniques, facilitate engaging sessions, and help participants develop leadership, teamwork, and resilience.
Gained essential skills in effective communication, media production, and content creation, enabling proficiency in both digital and traditional media.
